During the Second World War he worked for the U.S. Office of War Information and was also an <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/Martin-Ebon.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-26764\" src=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/Martin-Ebon-265x300.jpg\" alt=\"Martin-Ebon\" width=\"265\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>information officer with the U.S. Department of State.<\/p>\n<p>He is principally known for his anti-communist writing, but he has also ventured into a number\u00a0of unrelated fields during his long and prolific writing career<sup>(b)<\/sup>.\u00a0In 1977 he published, <em>Atlantis: The New Evidence<\/em><sup>[<a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/main-bibliography\/e-f\/\">286<\/a>]<\/sup>, in which he favoured the <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/santorini\/\">Santorini<\/a> hypotheses. Frankly, this slender 150-page offering is not worth opening.
