His book on Atlantis<sup>[<\/sup><a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/main-bibliography\/e-f\/\"><sup>287<\/sup><\/a><sup>]<\/sup> covers all the main theories <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">of his day<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> and<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\"> in it, Eichner admitted that while he was initially a firm supporter of an <\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Atlantic<\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\"> location for Plato\u2019s Atlantis, after six years of study for his book he ended up as a strong advocate for the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/minoan-hypothesis\/\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Minoan Hypothesis<\/span><\/a><span lang=\"EN-GB\">. It\u2019s a pity more researchers do not display the same degree intellectual honesty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Eichner was also drawn to the <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/hoerbiger-hans\/\">Hoerbiger<\/a>\u2019s Moon theories as a mechanism to explain the worldwide Deluge myths. However, as the first <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">NASA<\/span> Moon landing took place just two years before his death, Eichner was forced to admit that H\u00f6rbiger got his claim of an icy Moon wrong but he still believed that some of H\u00f6rbiger&#8217;s ideas had merit.<\/p>\n<p>My copy of <em>T<\/em><em>he<\/em> <em>A<\/em><em>tlantis <\/em><em>M<\/em><em>yth<\/em> by <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/hans-schindler-bellamy\/\">H. S. Bellamy<\/a>, another Hoerbiger fan, was originally in Eichner\u2019s personal library. However, he did not include this title in his bibliography.<\/p>\n<p>The first portion of Eichner&#8217;s book dealing directly with the most popular Atlantis theories <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">of his time<\/span> is rather short at 134 pages. Eichner has added an extensive section on fictional literature inspired by the Atlantis story and has included a bibliography of both English language and foreign non-fiction books on the subject.
