It is generally accepted that he gave his name to the city of <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/gades\/\">Gades<\/a>, now Cadiz in southwest Spain. A more radical view is expressed by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/schoppe-christian-siegfried\/\">C. &amp; S.
