The book was first published in <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Langdon.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-21918\" style=\"border: 4px solid black;\" src=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Langdon.png\" alt=\"Langdon\" width=\"168\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Langdon.png 168w, https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Langdon-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 168px) 100vw, 168px\" \/><\/a>2010 with a second edition brought out in 2013. The final chapter of the second edition is now available online<sup>(a)<\/sup>.\u00a0 In it, he contends that the <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/megalith-builders-amended\/\">megalith builders <\/a>came from Africa to Doggerland at the end of the last <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/ice-ages\/\">Ice Age<\/a>, however, as the waters rose submerging Doggerland, the megalith builders had to move to higher ground on what we now know as Great Britain, eventually constructing Stonehenge as a memorial!<b> <\/b>Furthermore, he claims that Doggerland was Atlantis<sup>(g)<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Langdon claims that the Altar Stone at <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/stonehenge-new\/\">Stonehenge<\/a> points to <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/dogger-bank-2\/\">Doggerlan<\/a>d, which he identifies as the location of Atlantis. He also claims that the Slaughter Stone is in fact a representation of the flooded world of those megalith builders. Langdon is highly critical of the generally accepted interpretation of various features found at Stonehenge, listing 13 items that he claims &#8220;don&#8217;t make sense&#8221;<sup>(f)<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Another of Langdon\u2019s claims is that <em>\u201c<\/em><a href=\"#CroMagnonMan\"><em>Cro-Magnon<\/em><\/a><em>\/Atlanteans colonised America\u201d<\/em> based on a study of blood group distribution<sup>(e)<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Langdon has now entered the debate regarding the location of <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/troy\/\">Troy<\/a>, moving it to the North Atlantic and citing the work of both <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/wilkens-iman-jacob\/\">Iman Wilkens <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/vinci-felice\/\">Felice Vinci<\/a><sup>(h)<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In September 2014, Langdon changed his website<sup>(c) <\/sup>and published further excerpts from his books.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>His second volume was published in 2016<sup>[<a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/main-bibliography\/k-l\/\">1242<\/a>]<\/sup>. There are also a number of related free pdf books available on his website.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, he self-published <em>13 Ancient Things That Don&#8217;t Make Sense in History <\/em><sup>[<\/sup><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/main-bibliography\/k-l\/\">2069<\/a>]<\/sup>, with some excerpts offered online<sup>(b)(h)<\/sup>.
