His best known book is <em>The Secret History of the World<\/em><sup>[<\/sup><a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/main-bibliography\/b\/\"><sup>1447<\/sup><\/a><sup>]<\/sup>,\u00a0which is a trip through secret societies and esoteric beliefs.<\/p>\n<p>In a section on Plato&#8217;s island he notes that <em>&#8220;a little research shows that classical literature is packed with references to Atlantis.&#8221;<\/em> [p.121] He identifies the <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/deucalion-flood-of\/\">Flood of Deucalion<\/a> with the biblical <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/deluge\/\">Deluge<\/a>. He also touches on the story of the dubious <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/scott-stones\/\">Scott Stones<\/a>, claimed by Aaron du Val to be Atlantean and 12,000 years old. After his 15 minutes of fame, du Val, faded from view for the past twenty years.<\/p>\n<p>I can say with some certainty that Black&#8217;s research into Atlantis is flawed.
