It also appears that he, along with Roberto Montovani<sup>(c)<\/sup>, thought that the Earth had been much smaller at the time of the biblical Genesis<sup>(c)<\/sup>, anticipating the <a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/wp-admin\/post.php?post=3934&amp;action=edit#ExpandingEarth\">Expanding Earth Hypothesis<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>Snider-Pellegrini published his theories in <em>La Cr\u00e9ation et ses myst\u00e8res d\u00e9voil\u00e9s<\/em><sup>[<a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/main-bibliography\/s\/\">555<\/a>]<\/sup>, where he is credited with creating the first representation of the Americas joined to Europe and Africa. This is shown below with the &#8216;before&#8217; image marked &#8216;Atlantide&#8217; where Brazil is.<\/p>\n<p>However, it is claimed that as early as 1620,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/bacon-sir-francis\/\">Francis Bacon <\/a>was one of the first to note the close fit between eastern South America and the west coast of Africa. Half a century ago, this attribution was heavily criticised by G. L.
