The stele contained a list of the kings of Egypt from the\u00a0First Dynasty (c.\u00a03150\u20132890 BCE) through to the early part of the\u00a0Fifth Dynasty\u00a0(c.\u00a02392\u20132283 BCE) and noted significant events in each year of their reigns. It was probably made during the Fifth Dynasty.\u00a0The Palermo Stone is held in the\u00a0Regional Archeological Museum Antonio Salinas\u00a0in the city of\u00a0Palermo,\u00a0Italy, from which it derives its name.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A 2010 paper<sup>(b) <\/sup> by Shih-We Hsu offers a useful overview of what we know about the stone and its significance. <em>&#8220;In short, the Palermo Stone constitutes a historical source and document of great significance, shedding considerable light on the Ancient Egyptian world.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&gt;<\/span><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/atlantipedia.ie\/samples\/leonard-r-cedric\/\">R. He has studied and lectured on the Palermo Stone.
