Charalambides, George

George Charalambides is the Greek author of The Rise of Atlantis [2117], which currently is only available in his native language. According to a translation of the publisher’s blurb(a) the author places the Athenian war with Atlantis at around 11,500 BC. This for me, is a ‘red flag’ since Athens as a structured society did not exist that early. I note that apart from Critias and Timaeus, the author also refers to Plato’s Symposium as offering source material for the Atlantis story.
