Tulip, A. W. P. *

Alfred William Peniston Tulip was the author of a 1952 booklet, The Evolution of Matter[1271],  in which the last chapter(a) entitled New Light on the Atlantis Problem discusses the geological evidence for a sunken landmass in the Atlantic and the forces that caused it.
