Sánchez de Ocaña, Manuel

Manuel Sánchez de Ocaña (1859-1937) was the Spanish Lieutenant General Sanchez de Ocanaduring the 1909 war in Africa. In a rare 1935 book, Accion de España en Africa(a)  (Spanish Action in Africa) he refers to the ancient isthmus that linked Spain and North Africa as well as landbridges linking Europe and America on which he believed Atlantis had been situated.
