Book of Job

Parks, Walter (L)

Walter Parks is an American aerospace engineer, turned film producer and book publisher. He has written on a number of subjects including, immortality, Jesus and the Flood of Noah, with more in the pipeline(a) . In 2011 he published Walter ParksAtlantis: The Eyewitnesses[0749].  Early on he locates Atlantis in the Azores, after which its speculation all the way. He claims that an enormous chunk of material was ejected from the Vela supernova that eventually made its way to our Solar System and impacted with a planet, Tiamat, where the asteroid belt now is. Debris from this collision and the ejecta from Vela came very close to earth with catastrophic results, including the destruction of Atlantis. He ends his book with the bold claim that the Book of Job was ‘written’ in 9619 BC and is the eyewitness report of the title. To say the least writing in the Stone Age is anachronistic. Overall, real evidence is in very short supply in this unconvincing offering.
