Ramage, Edwin S.
Edwin S. Ramage (1929- ) was professor of Classical Studies at Indiana University. In 1975, his department sponsored a panel discussion on the subject of Atlantis. He subsequently edited the content of those discussions in book form, Atlantis, fact or fiction?[522], containing essays from members of that panel, including a contribution of his own.
Ramage’s conclusion was that if Atlantis does have a basis in fact the Minoan Hypothesis ‘does have promise’.
