Arklund, Walther S.
Walther S. Arklund is the German author of a 1996 book with the misleading title of Atlantis lag am Rhein [1981] (Atlantis on the Rhine), which at least should have ended with a question mark. I have included here a poor machine translation of Jörg Dendl‘s comments(a).
“With his ‘Atlantis’ work, Walther S. Arklund Results of a six-day study of an Excavation site near Reinheim by means of Dowsing rod in front. The very elaborately designed Volume introduces the reader day after day to the Progress in uncovering an allegedly below the Roman remains existing settlement, which, according to the author, was a “Jupiter City”. After being able to use his Divining rod countless intricate water systems and the remains of buildings, he was able to locate the Getting archaeologists to dig into the Depth. However, this did not succeed because the available excavators could not dig so deep. This means that the “Jupiter City” near Reinheim will continue to be a mystery, evidenced only by the records of the Author. In addition to describing his research, Arklund also describes a number of details. So he informs about dowsing, about Roman history, water veins and ancient religions. A real connection to the Atlantis myth of Plato does not produce Arklund. The “Jupiter City” is not Atlantis. The mythical city is only mentioned as similar, without went into more detail about aspects of the Atlantis myth becomes.”
