Eduardo Robles y Guiterrez was a Mexican engineer who wrote^[480] of Atlantis being located in Mexico, in the region of San Lorenzo Tenochtitlan. He claims that the area had fertile land with a network of irrigation canals. The same area is associated with the Olmecs, considered by some to be Atlantean refugees.
