The Maracot Deep

Conan Doyle, Sir Arthur

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (1859-1930) the renowned creator of Sherlock Holmes, also conan doylewrote a relatively short novel with an Atlantis theme, published in 1929 entitled The Maracot Deep.>Compared with other books of the genre it is considered a disappointing work. It was recently opportunistically republished<as Atlantis – Discovering the Lost City[235].  Lewis Spence had advised Conan Doyle on the subject of Atlantis.
